Shoes are made for leaving, not for arriving, and definitely not for connecting... Of all the things being in the bath with your shoes on is, bathing is not one of them. Just as you're simply not IN the bath if you've still got your shoes on, you're definitely not in any kind of yoga if you're still wearing your trainers. Similarly, many believe you're not really IN the home if your feet are still strapped up.

But I'm too busy... heck, we're all soaked in notification jingles, email pings and bottomless screen scrolls... Baumka is an opportunity to STOP! Leave the running trainers at the door because this is one event where you don't need to be in a hurry to dodge and leave. Soak yourself into the movement and experience how much more you can fly to rhythm, bass and drums when you don't have any dead weights weighing you down and jingles pulling you away.

Cool but what if I don't have anyone I could go with?... No problem, we've got immersive sound journeys to drop you back into yourself, movement workshops to get related to others, along with a whole host of DJs and musicians to have you experience the beautiful relatedness of one room stomping to a groove; such is the power of bathing in music and movement free from alcohol.

Wait, I do still enjoy a drink, and me and yoga aren't exactly friends, is this still for me?... have you got feet? Would those feet move if you heard a drum beat? How about a good bass drop? You already know Baumka. it's in your bones. It's the sober aliveness that you are when you're really being you!
